The rescue team, the search party and all of the local volunteers did all that they could to locate the little boy. But their efforts seemed to be futile. Kaydon still remained lost and moreover, the day was getting dark and the night was soon falling. Authorities feared that Kaydon might get a respiratory infection if he was not discovered soon.
